Tuesday Night Community Yoga Class & Spa

Weekly community yoga classes with Carissa every Tuesday night (except when centre is booked by a group event).

Classes are suitable for all levels. Mats are provided.

Yoga session $18. 6 -7pm
Yoga session plus sauna/spa $35 (with sauna sessions before or after class)
Sauna/spa only - booking times 5 - 6pm or 6 - 7pm

Bookings are essential. Please BYO towels for sauna.
